SHIPPING

Orders ship once the drop closes. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order leaves us. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay.

RETURNS

Every drop is a limited run, so all sales are final — no returns or exchanges. Please check the size guide before ordering. If your item arrives damaged or wrong, email sendlinemtb@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it out.

YOUR INFORMATION

We only collect what we need to run the store: the email you give us for drop access, and the details you enter at checkout (handled securely by Shopify). We never sell your information. To have your details removed, email sendlinemtb@gmail.com.
