Shipping Policy

Made to order
Our items are made to order. Each order has two steps:
- Production: about 3 to 7 business days
- Shipping: about 5 to 12 business days within the United States, and about 10 to 20 business days for international orders
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen, especially right after a drop.
Where we ship
We ship to the countries available at checkout.
Cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Tracking
You will get a tracking link by email once your order ships. Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days.
Address
Please check your address at checkout. We can't change it after production starts. If a package comes back because of a wrong or incomplete address, you pay to send it again.
Customs and duties
For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.
Lost packages
If tracking shows your package was lost in transit, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will replace it or refund you.
