These terms apply when you visit sendlinemtb.com or buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Who can buy
You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
2. Products and drops
Our products are sold in limited drops. Quantities are limited, items are made to order, and a drop closes at the time we announce. We may limit how many items one customer can buy. Product photos are for reference, and colors, prints, and fabric can look slightly different in person.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay. If we make a pricing or listing error, we can cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Order acceptance
An order is only accepted once we confirm it. We can refuse or cancel any order, for example for suspected fraud, an error, or stock problems. If we cancel, we refund the amount you paid for that order.
5. Shipping
See our Shipping Policy for production times, delivery times, and costs. Dates are estimates, not guarantees.
6. All sales final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, fit, size, or color preference. The only exceptions are the defective, damaged, and wrong-item cases listed in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is part of these terms. Please check the size guide carefully before you order.
7. Riding is risky
Mountain biking and other outdoor sports are dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. Our products are casual apparel. They are not protective equipment and do not replace a helmet, pads, gloves, or other safety gear. You ride at your own risk and take full responsibility for your own safety.
8. Our brand and content
The sendlinemtb name, logo, designs, photos, and text belong to us. You can't copy, sell, or use them without our written permission.
9. Using the site
Don't use the site to break the law, interfere with it, scrape it, try to get around limits or purchase restrictions (for example by using bots), or hurt other people.
10. Third-party services
The site uses services like Shopify and links to platforms like TikTok. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
11. No warranties
The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here. Some places don't allow this, so it may not apply to you.
12. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim relates to. This does not limit liability that can't be limited under the law where you live.
13. Indemnity
You agree to protect and hold us harmless from claims and costs that come from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where sendlinemtb is registered and operates, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that place, unless your local consumer protection law says otherwise.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place your order applies to that order.
